The life span of ordinary cats vary from 9 to 15 years, but some are really different. For example:
Kataleena Lady (verified by Guiness World Record), a Burmese Cat, was born on March 11th, 1977. Kataleena's owned by Mrs V Hayward of Melbourne, Australia. Now, she's 33!
Some other cats lived till the age of 30+, but they're not being verified. Namely, Amber, adopted by Diane Sleeman of Ferryside in 1978 when she was about 2 - 3 years old. Another, a black and white British cat called Whiskey, must be about 39 years old now. Tiger, a tabby cat owned by Roy and Linda Gilbert of Coseley, was believed to be 27 on 2001, so its like 36 years old now! Also, a tomcat, Kiko, must be 37 by now. Kiko was given as gift when the owner's son's 2 years old, and on 2001, his son turned 33.
And i found this also as I did my research, it caught my interest. A cat called Baby. He was adopted by Al and Mary Palusky of Duluth, Minnesota, in 1970. He died at the age of 38, because of sickness, I guess its because of his old age.
Check out this video, and try to view the comments, cause Al, the owner, posted many comments there.

Well, I'm not sure whether those cats are still alive, though, that's what I found on my research. And I guess that's all for now, about the Oldest Living Cats. Thanks for reading :)
